Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the OpenKlo service at openklo.com and openklo.ru (the "Service"), operated by OpenKlo ("OpenKlo", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the Service you agree to these Terms. For users of openklo.ru, the Russian-language Пользовательское соглашение and Публичная оферта also apply.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

OpenKlo provides each user with a personal AI agent that can be reached through messengers and a web interface. The agent can perform tasks on your behalf, including through optional third-party integrations that you explicitly connect (for example, Google Calendar). We may change the Service's functionality and the set of available agent skills over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • One person may hold one account. Actions taken through your account are treated as your actions.
  • Notify us promptly at support@openklo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or other protective mechanisms of the Service;
  • place excessive load on the Service or interfere with its operation;
  • create multiple accounts for one person; we may suspend all such accounts;
  • use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party terms (including the terms of services you connect through integrations).

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans, prices, and included usage quotas are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. Usage quotas (including AI model usage) are set by OpenKlo and may change.

5. Third-party integrations

You may connect third-party services (for example, Google Calendar or Telegram) to your agent. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for having the right to connect them. Our handling of data received from connected services is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your dashboard.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and content provided by OpenKlo, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain rights to the content you submit to the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenKlo's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and OpenKlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6–8) survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date; material changes will be additionally communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
